Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Feedboard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content you and your members publish on your boards.

Acceptable use

Don't use Feedboard to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing settings at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the feedback, changelog, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
