This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Feedboard marketing site, dashboard, public boards, and embeddable widget.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the content you publish (feedback, comments, changelog entries), and basic usage and device data needed to operate and secure the service. Billing is handled by Stripe; we don't store full card details.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, authenticate you, process payments, send transactional and digest emails you've enabled, and keep the platform secure.
Sharing
We share data with processors that run the service (e.g. Convex for data, Stripe for billing, AWS SES for email, Cloudflare for hosting) under appropriate agreements. We don't sell your personal data.
Public boards
Content you post to a public board (requests, comments, your display name and avatar) is visible to anyone who can see that board. Don't post anything you wouldn't want public.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and opt out of digest emails from settings. Contact us to exercise data rights that aren't self-serve.
